steps to be followed if a WO has triggered to a TSI workflow

1. Check if TMDS is TMDS-005 or TMDS-012 because this TMDS triggers TSI workflow.

2. Check if the component associated with the WO is critical or non-critical.

3. If the component is critical then it does trigger to TSI workflow.

4. If the component is not critical, consider it as a bug.
