1. Get the Teamviewer details from the IT team.
2. Enter Partner ID and enter qwerty as password.
3. log in to Shippalm and enter support credentials. Username: Admin Password: Ship@12345
4. Click on blob search and select user card and click on 3 dots to reset password as attached below. Make sure to disable "User must change password at next login".
