User is unable to close a work order due to error, "You can not change work order status from to Closed because there is at least one unconsidered purchase Quote"

CHECK: Check the transaction status of the PR and PO linked to the Work Order. The transaction status of the Purchase Order should be closed in order to close the work order.

SOLUTION: Do the GR for the PO to convert the transaction status of the PO to closed and then proceed to close the work order. If there is a problem in closing the Purchase Order, coordinate with the shore purchaser to close the Purchase Order.
